For registration information, please click here.

Fall Registration begins in January. Registration will be between 9:00 am and 2:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Please bring the following paperwork to complete registration:

1. Birth Certificate, baptismal certificate or passport

2. An immunization record (shot record) must be presented upon registration.

3. Proof of residency - 3 forms.

Home Owners need: PG&E, Santa Clara or Sunnyvale Utility, Land/Cell Phone Bill and Property Tax Bill/Space Rental Bill

Renters need: PG&E, Santa Clara or Sunnyvale Utility Bill,  Land/Cell Phone Bill and Current Rental Agreement

Living with Another Family needs: DMV Car Registration, Doctor or Credit Card Bill, and Land/Cell Phone Bill

Parent Portal

  • Parents are required to create an account on the district Parent Portal to access student records for 2016-2017.
  • Click here to access the Parent Portal, so you can update your student's contact information.  Your email address is required, as well as your student's information that was sent home on the last day of school.
  • Print out a copy of your updated contact information, sign it and bring it to the Bowers office during "First Day Packet Pick-Up" August 9th -11th from 9:00 to 1:00 pm
  • The parent computer is available in the office for those who do not have computer access at home.

 

  • Students with unverified residency and emergency release forms not turned in will not be admitted to class on the first day of school.
